INGREDIENTS:

50ml / 2oz Wolfie’s Whisky
25ml / 1oz Lemon Juice 
12ml / 0.5 oz Sugar Syrup
2 x Dash Angoustura Bitters 
1 Egg White 
Top Up / Layer of Red Wine

GARNISH:

Lemon wheel 

    STEPS:

    Mix all the ingredients, except the red wine in a shaker and shake. Pour into a chilled glass and top with a splash of Red Wine. Add the garnish and enjoy!
