By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

1.1. The competition is open to legal residents of the participating country/region who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are of legal drinking age to purchase alcohol in their country/region of residence.

1.2. Employees of Wolfie's Whisky, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Entry Period:

2.1. The competition begins on 1st March 2024 and ends at midnight GMT on 10th July 2024. Entries submitted after the specified time will not be eligible for participation.

2.2. Wolfie's Whisky reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period at its sole discretion.

Entry Method:

3.1. To enter, participants must scan the QR code located on the neck tag of a participating Wolfie's Whisky bottle.

3.2. After scanning the QR code, participants will be directed to a webpage where they must enter their valid email address to join Wolfie's Whisky mailing list. 

3.3. Participants can upload a proof of purchase as an additional method of entry to double their chance of winning. 

3.4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted for mailing list sign-up entries. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Multiple entries from additional purchases are allowed with supporting receipt evidence. 

Winner Selection:

4.1. The winners will be selected using a random number generator and drawn from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

4.2. The drawing will be conducted within two (2) days after the end of the entry period.

4.3  Some draws for prizes may take place before the end of the competition period.  

4.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize:

5.1. Three separate winners will win the top prize which consists of two (2) x VIP tickets to a Rod Stewart concert in Vegas, USA, on either the 24th, 25th, 26th or 31st June with economy flights, hotel accommodation for two (2) nights and $200 spending money included. There will be three (3) separate winners. 

5.2. Three (3) separate winners will win the second prize which consists of two (2) x tickets to see a Rod Stewart concert in Europe in July, with economy flights, hotel accommodation for one (1) night and €150 spending money included. Location and date are subject to change at Wolfie’s Whisky discretion. 

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Notification of Winners:

6.1. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 12 hours after the drawing.

6.2. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release:

7.1. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Wolfie's Whisky the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

General Conditions:

8.1. Wolfie's Whisky reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

8.2. Wolfie's Whisky is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure in connection with the competition.

8.3. By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Wolfie's Whisky, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

8.4. Participants are reminded to drink responsibly and to enjoy Wolfie's Whisky products responsibly.

8.5. In the event that the Rod Stewart concert is canceled or postponed, Wolfie's Whisky bears no responsibility, and the VIP tickets may not be valid for a rescheduled event. No alternative prize will be offered.

Governing Law:

9.1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Privacy Policy:

10.1. All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of signing up to our mailing list and administering the competition and will be subject to Wolfie's Whisky's privacy policy.

12.1. Wolfie’s Whisky is a Blended Scotch Whisky that is 40% ABV.

Alcohol Consumption Disclaimer:

14.1. The purchase or consumption of alcohol is not required to enter or win the competition.
