Falling Velvet
A rich, smooth and decadent drizzle of warmed Wolfie’s and mince pie over ice cream is the perfect curtain closer for your Christmas feast.
INGREDIENTS:
80ml Wolfie’s Scotch Whisky (or as much as you’d like)
2tbsp fruit mincemeat
15ml Golden syrup
2 large scoops of high end vanilla ice cream
STEPS:
Gently heat Wolfie’s with fruit mincemeat and golden syrup in a pot
Strain into a heated jug and pour over the best vanilla ice cream you can get your hands on
