Hogmanay: The Rod Roy
A rascal’s rendition of the Rob Roy, Wolfie’s warm vanilla notes marry up with sweet apple for a winters strut down Manhattan.
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Wolfie’s Scotch Whisky
20ml apple schnapps
15ml sweet vermouth
Dash of bitters
Cinnamon sugar for dusting
STEPS:
Stir all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker until well chilled
Double strain into classic coupe glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon, a glacé cherry and a very light dusting of cinnamon sugar
