Good Old Country Comforts
A winter twist on the contemporary coffee classic, Wolfie’s makes this pecan pie inspired martini the perfect drink to warm those winter bones.
INGREDIENTS:
40ml Wolfie’s Scotch Whisky
20ml coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)
30ml freshly brewed espresso
10ml butter pecan syrup
50ml heavy whipping cream
15ml maple syrup
1 candied pecan for garnish
STEPS:
Add maple syrup to heavy cream in a small glass, whip with milk frother/whisk and set aside.
Shake up everything else and fine strain in to a straight sided coupe
Gently spoon the maple cream float over the cocktail and garnish with candied pecan.
